Work includes but is not limited to the contractor to provide all necessary parts, tools, labor, transportation and labor to perform the work. Contractor SHALL be required to transport the tanks to and from the 183rd Fighter Wing. The tanks require paint removal, chemical treatment, primnter and topcoat applications. Tank.Pylon specifications as to specific steps to be performed and process to follow, as well as materials to be used and special considerations to consider in selection of a potential contractor to follow. The company selected must be familiar with striping, chemical treatment and protective coating applications on aircraft aluminum alloys who have a quality assurance program in place to isnure that the specific steps will be followed. Contractor shall have the capability fo researching U.S. Air Force technical data and acquiring the specified materials for the accomplishment of all tasks to be performed. The solicitation is scheduled to issued on 16 February 1999 with an estimted quotation due date of 11 March 1999.
