To procure TPS for PATRIOT Battery Replaceable Units (BRUs) necessary to suggest fielding of upgrades to the PATRIOT Weapon Systems. This effort includes a US basic requirement for the development of 10 -- 20 TPSs. A US option requirement is required for the production of 1 -- 6 sets of the developed TPSs. Future development of TPSs for either the US and/or FMS countries with corresponding options for 1 -- 6 production copies of the developed TPSs for US and FMS countries. The period of performance for this effort is from date of contract award through 2005. This effort is sole source to Lockheed Martin Services, Inc., Huntsville, AL. See numbered Note(s) 22.
