E-MAIL: Gina Gray, gina.gray@scott.af.mil. Air Mobility Command (AMC) has prepositioned the Master Solicitation, F11626-99-R0002 to procure domestic commercial airlift services. This document contains the terms and conditions that will govern future contracts for the transportation of DOD passengers, cargo, or a combination of the two. The Master Solicitation standardizes contract provisions and permits carriers to submit their Certifications and Representations on a one time annual basis. Individual solicitations will procure domestic charter airlift from DOD approved air carriers, large and small, in an expedient electronic means. Apart from a few individual requirement details, the individual solicitations will merely reference the Master Solicitation. The solicitation will be released via the world-wide web on approximately 16 MAR 99. Vendors can access the solicitation by searching the following website: eps.arnet.gov or by calling Gina Gray or Lt Nate Huber at (618) 256-6454 to obtain the specific website. There will be a contractor conference held at Scott AFB, IL on 8 MAR 99 from 0900-1100 at the Global Research Planning Center to discuss the Master Solicitation and the award process. Attendees should register by calling the above POC's NLT COB, 3 MAR 99, so base access may be granted.
