The work includes, but is not limited to providing all labor, supervision, equipment, transpotation, tools, supplies and materials necessary to provide the construction of a new 26-unit Navy Lodge located across the street from the existing 22-unit Lodge. The new Lodge will provide an inexpensive but reasonaable quality, temporary lodging facility for Navy personnel involved in Permanent Change of Station (PCS) moves.
