All material resulting from demolition work, except as indicated or specified otherwise shall become the property of the contractor and shall be removed from the limits of Government property daily unless otherwise directed so as to not allow accumulation inside or outside the limits of the property. Materials that cannot be removed daily shall be stored in area specified by the Contracting Officer.
