The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with CMS Defense Systems, Inc., 1410 White Drive, P. O. Box 5990, Titusville, FL 32780 a Foreign Military Sales contract for a quantity of 28 Launchers, Assault Rocket, 83mm MK 153 MOD 1, along with spare parts support, and training for the Republic of Taiwan (FMS Case TW-P-LGD). Note 22 applies. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren Laboratory Procurement Division is implementing Electronic commerce (EC) in the acquisition area, therefore synopsis and resulting solicitations with any applicable amendments will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/supply.
