NASA/GSFC plans to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ)5-19773-905 for one year of TMIS software maintenance, which includes updates and technical support via telephone and email, and online remote system service and diagnostics. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from Interlinear Technologies as they are the originator of this software package and the only provider of the support for this software. This software serves as the front end for the Hubble Space Telescope engineering archive database. The Authority is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. Interested firms have 21 days from the publication of this synopsis to submit in writing to the identified point of contact, their qualifications/capabilities. Responses received after the 21 days or without the required information will be considered nonresponsive to the synopsis and will not be considered. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed effort on a full and open competitive basis, based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
