The Defense Threat Reduction Agency has a requirement to provide software maintenance, documentation, and enhancements to the SWIM system. The focus of this effort is to ensure that continuous assistance is provided to the users in the field, ensure that the SWIM software and documentation is maintained and/or enhanced as required to perform additional critical functions, and ensure that directed maintenance and/or enhancements are done in a manner that the most basic user can understand and use it to get the job done. The contemplated period of performance is 12 months. The security clearance level needed for this procurement is TOP SECRET. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.
