Indefinite Delivery Architect-Engineer Task Order Contract for multiple discipline architect engineer services. Contractor will provide design services for facility maintenance, repair, alteration or construction drawings, specifications and cost estimates for the Kansas Air National Guard at Forbes Field, Topeka, Kansas and the Kansas Army National Guard at Forbes Field, Ft Leavenworth, and Ft Riley, Kansas. In the event that a requirement arises, this contract may also be used by other DOD Contracting Agencies in states that are adjacent to the State of Kansas. The A/E firm shall provide expertise in architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical, structural, environmental, and construction inspection as well as have the ability to deliver contract documents on short notice. Delivery orders may be issued for a period of one (1) year from date of contract award with the option to extend the contract for four (4) additional one year periods. Individual task orders shall not exceed the cumulative amount of $2,000,000 per year and the maximum amount for any one individual task order shall not exceed $400,000. Evaluation criteria in order of importance are: (1) Professional qualifications to design facility construction, repair and maintenance projects. Specific disciplines in descending order of importance are Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, and Environmental; (2) Specialized Experience and Technical Competence to include demonstrated success in use of recovered materials and achieving waste reduction as well as energy efficiency; (3) Capacity to accomplish work in the required time; (4) Past Performance (5) Location; and (6) Volume of DoD Work. Qualified firms desiring consideration shall submit an SF 254 and 255 for principal A/E and SF 254 for all consultants to the U.S. Property and Fiscal Office for Kansas, 2737 S Kansas Avenue, Topeka, Kansas 66611-1170.
