Bell, 770/919-5115 Dobbins Air Reserve Base (Marietta), Georgia requires a concessionaire contractor to provide all labor, materials, transportation and personnel for an open house to be held on the weekend of Saturday and Sunday, September 18/19, 1999 with an anticipated 2 day attendance of 150,000 people. Contractor shall provide beverages, food items, film and souvenirs to authorized patrons at assigned space on the flightline of Dobbins ARB, GA. Concession booths shall be located at various locations within a specified area at a date and time to be decided by the Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentality (NAFI) before the set-up date. No appropriated funds of the United States shall become due or paid the contractor by reason of this contract. Contractor will pay the NAFI a guaranteed amount or percentage of the gross sales on both food/beverage and novelty item sales whichever is the greater amount. Concessions will be operating on 18 and 19 September 1999 from approximately 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.. The concession boothswill be operated by both base volunteer personnel and concessionaire personnel under the guidance and supervision of the contractor and/or his employees. Contractor shall provide on-site management and supervision. Booths shall be setup no earlier than Friday, September 17, 1999 and must be torn down on Sunday, September 19, 1999 after close of business. This procurement is unrestricted. The applicable standard industrial code (SIC) for business size determination is 5812 with a size standard of $5.0M.
