General Electric Aircraft Engines is the original equipment manufacturer and the only company that possesses the necessary technical data, expertise, equipment, and proprietary information to perform these requirements. No other source has the technical qualifications and the necessary resources to perform the work described herein, nor will any other supplies or services satisfy the Navy's requirements.
