Q -- RADIOLOGY IMAGING SERVICES SOL RFQ-99-028 DUE 031299 POC Anita Bollen, Contract Specialist at 605-226-7572 Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service is seeking applicants for a non-personal service contract to provide Medical Imaging Services at the PHS Winnebago Hospital, Radiology Department, PO Box HH, Winnebago, NE 68071. The radiologist shall provide interpretations of all standard procedures and some special procedures, perform all required fluoroscopic procedures and provide interpretations for each procedure, furnish transcribed dictations, and provide consultation to the Service Unit radiology technologists. Radiologist shall be required to perform services in compliance with applicable standards of JCAHO and abide by current policies, procedures, by-laws and regulations of clinical and medical staff of the PHS Winnebago Hospital. The radioligist should have board certification from the American Board of Radiology or have comparable qualifications. Medical staffing privileges require a current and unrestricted medical license from a state, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States; A diploma indicating completion of an approved medical school program; Completion of an approved medical residency training program in radiology and other criteria as indicated within the statement of work.
