The USPFO for Minnesota is soliciting proposals for a multiple award Task Order Contract (TOC) in support of construction services (repair/maintenance) at the Duluth Air National Guard Base, Duluth, MN. Construction services include, but are not limited to, mechanical work, concrete work, interior/exterior building repair, road maintenance, etc. Contracts will be awarded based on Competitive "Best Value" Source Selection. Significant evaluation criteria for this selection include (in descending order of importance): Past Performance, Capability, Technical Management, and Pricing. Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts are contemplated. Each TOC awarded may not exceed a cumulative amount of $10 million and an individual Task Order may not exceed $1 million. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 1542. This acquisition is unrestricted regarding business size, and all responsible sources are encouraged to submit proposals. This synopsis concurrently serves as a pre-solicitation notice. Solicitation will be available on or about 5 April 1999 with a proposal due date on or about 6 May 1999. A copy of the proposal package may be requested by written correspondence to the above address. No telephonic or faxed requests will be accepted.
