The USPFO for Minnesota is soliciting proposals for a multiple award Task Order Contract (TOC) in support of construction services (repair/maintenance) at the Minneapolis/St. Paul Air National Guard Base, St. Paul, MN. Construction services include, but are not limited to, mechanical work, concrete work, interior/exterior building repair, road maintenance, etc. Contracts will be awarded based on Competitive "Best Value" Source Selection. Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts are contemplated. Each TOC awarded may not exceed a cumulative amount of $10 million and an individual Task Order may not exceed $1 million.
