GSA, Mid Atlantic Region requires all the necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the Roof repair and related work at the Post Office and Courthouse (POCH) Building, 7th & Grant Streets, Pittsburgh, PA. The project will consist of demolition, removal, disposal and replacement of the existing roof system and installation of a new torch applied modified bitumen roof system. The project will consist of three roofs, 10,500 sq. ft., 7,900 sq. ft., and 16,000 sq. ft. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: All offerors shall meet the requirements listed in the specifications regarding the offerors qualifications in terms of specified experience with specified membranes and ability to obtain warranties. This solicitation is being solicited under full and open competition under the Small Business Demonstration Test Program. SIC CODE 1761.
