The work includes removal of asbestos materials in ceiling, wall and floor finishes and pipe insulation fittings in Buildings 327, 359 and 361 and replacement with non-asbestos containing materials in the same locations. Interior work includes new ceilings and wall finishes, vinyl flooring and painting. The project also includes removal of HVAC equipment in Building 361; demolition of existing wood and masonry unit walls and construction of new partitions in Buidling 359 and associated removal and relocatio of electrical power and telephone conduits and telephone terminal box. The work also includes construction of a new concrete landing at Building 327. Incidental related work is included. The work is to be performed at the Naval Security Group Activity, Sugar Grove, WV. The approximate solicitiation release date is March 5, 1999. Charges will be made for each set of specifications (includes half size drawings) or CD Rom. Projected costs are as follows: Hard copy of plans and 1/2 size drawings, $36.00; CD Rom version, $15.00.
