The aircraft with maintenance records are located at the following locations: two TH-1F helicopters at Davis-Monthan AFB AZ; one HH-1H helicopter at McClellan AFB CA and one HH-1H helicopter at Wright-Patterson AFB OH. Helicopters will be exchanged with the party offering the highest dollar value exchange proposal. Proposals must be received no later than 2 Apr 99 at 1600 hours.
