Moss Landing Harbor District is soliciting bids for the purchase of (1) one aluminum patrol vessel and (2) one sanitary barge vessel. Bids for one or both vessels will be received at the District's Administrative Office, Moss Landing Harbor District, PO Box 10, 7881 Sandholdt Road, Moss Landing, CA 95039 until 5:00 PM on March 19, 1999, at which time they will be opened and publicly read. Any bid received after the time specified in the notice will be returned unopened. An award for the construction of one or both vessels will be made at the District's Board of Harbor Commissioner meeting on March 25, 1999 to be held at 7:00 PM. Each bid is to be in accordance with the revised specifications on file for each vessel at the Moss Landing Harbor District, 7881 Sandholdt Road, PO Box 10, Moss Landing, CA 95039. The award of the contract for each vessel shall be made to the lowest responsible bidder considering the sum of the base bid that the Harbor Distric tmay choose to award. The Harbor District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any portion of any bid and/or waive any irregularities in any bid received. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for opening thereof.
