Acquisition Center-Natick Contracting Division, in support of the U.S.
Army Soldier and Biological Chemical Command, Soldier System Center,
has a requirement for the disconnection, removal, and replacement of
condensing units and evaporators from chambers 322A and 322C in
building #42. After removal of the existing units, the contractor shall
determine the proper size of the two new required condensing units and
evaporators using ozone friendly refrigerant, utilizing existing
electrical and cooling tower hookups. Each chamber must be capable of
controlling temperature be 120 degrees F and 40 degrees F using
existing controls. On site visit is strongly encouraged. The Standard
Industrial Code is 1711. The Standard Small Business size is $7.0
million. This procurement is 100% Small Business concerns. Offerors
