The Government intends negotiating with only one source, Northrop Grumman Corporation, Electronic Sensors and Systems Division, 111 Schilling Road, Hunt Valley, MD 21030. The Government does not own the data rights in the drawings for the system or the test equipment and procedures that would enable them to compete the procurement and ensure that the refurbished/modified item would integrate back into the AN/ALQ-99 system. CLIN 0003: Convert APG-68 Transmitter Units to AN/SPQ-9B Baseline Configuration. Quantity: 1 Each (Min), 110 (Max). CLIN 0004: Refurbish AN/SPQ-9B Transmitter. Quantity: 1 Each (Min), 77 Each (Max).
