Services shall include remedial and per-call maintenance as well as installation of field engineering changes, to include updating diagnostic routines and documenting and briefing the contract manager on operational changes. Maintenance covers all peripherals interfaced with the computer systems listed above. Term of the contract shall be for an initial period of two (2) months plus four one-year options. Proposals from all responsible sources shall be considered.
