Contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, materials and travel to remove all asbestos containing and/or asbestos contaminated materials from various sized pipes, tanks, duct systems, ceiling tiles, insulation, floor tiles and contaminated dirt and to reinsulate pipes, tanks and duct systems, replace ceiling tiles and insulation and to install fire proof walls in accordance with contract specifications. Contractor must possess the required licensing to accomplish the work. This will be an indefinite quantity/ indefinite delivery type contract with a $20,000.00 minimum and $2,500,000.00 maximum. Period of performance will be for three years from date of award. A site inspection will be conducted for this requirement, date to be specified in the Solicitation. This requirement is 100 percent set-aside for small businesses, the size standard for which is $7M.
