Service shall be provided at The Littlest CAMP (TLC), a Government-owned contractor-operated facility on Lackland AFB, for the period 01 Apr 99 -- 30 Sep 99. TLC is a day-care facility for mentally and physically handicapped children on Lackland AFB. The Government will award a one-year, fixed-price contract for this requirement.
