No GFM/GFE avail- able for contractor use. All bidders will be required to provide details demonstrating their abilities to peform the repair. Tech Order 8S3-2-65-3 applies. Government Furnished Material and End Item Transaction Report is required. This requirement is for contractual coverage of the depot repair line during workload transfer from Kelly AFB to gaining Gov't facilites. Firm Fixed Price type proposal is preferred.
