No GFM/GFE available for contractor use. All bidders will be required to provide details demonstrating their abilities to perform the repair. Tech Order 15A20-11-3 applies. Government Furnished Material and End Item Transaction Report is required. This requirement is for contractual coverage of the depot repair line during workload transfer from Kelly AFB to the gaining Gov't faciliteis. Firm Fixed Price type proposal is preferred.
