Worth, Texas, plans to issue RFQ 443-0012-9 for Psychiatric Services to be provided to female federal offenders. This solicitation is for Government use of a private sector temporary. Therefore, an "acceptable provider" is an entity that provides specific services for brief of intermittent periods by its employees. The"provider" shall be the employer legally responsible for recruiting, testing, hiring, training, assigning, paying (including benefits, leave, payroll deductions, taxes), disciplining, providing unemployment insurance, workers' compensation, liability insurance, and bonding. A "Temporary Help Service Provider" is not an individual. The requirement for these services will be 4 to 6 hour sessions, 2 to 3 times per week, not to exceed 12 hours per week. The contract will be for one year from date of award. RFQ 443-0012-9 will be available on or about March 2, 1999, with an anticipated bid opening on or about March 19, 1999.
