The Northwest Network (VISN 20), consisting of 8 medical facilities in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington is soliciting proposals to provide orthotics supplies and services for a base year plus two option years. In order to be considered responsive, each offeror must submit a price proposal and a separate technical proposal in accordance with the evaluation factors described in the RFP. Each proposal will be evaluated by a VISN-wide evaluation committee. Only one contract will be awarded for each facility. The successful contractors will demonstrate the resources, experience and expertise necessary to provide the best overall value to the Government. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price contract on or about 3/31/99. This solicitation is offered under full and open competition without restriction, but is subject to an evaluation adjustment for Small Disadvantaged Business concerns. SIC Code 5999 applies.
