The contractor shall be required to develop/define effective communication strategies needed for immunization registry development based on the results of a government provided needs assessment. The period of performance for the proposed purchase order shall commence upon award and shall continue through September 30, 1999. The government anticipates making a single award in response to this Request for Quotation (RFQ). Offerors are advised that this RFQ is issued Set Aside for Small Business, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
