Hazardous/Dangerous/PCB/Industrial Waste Disposal services for Puget Sound Naval Shipyard shall consist of inventory, analysis, removal, transportation, treatment, storage, and disposal/recycling of hazardous/dangerous/PCB/ Industrial wastes from the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and off-station sites including East Park, various offices/shops located in the City of Bremerton, Jackson Park, Camp McKean, and Olympic Industrial Park, all located within a ten-mile radius of the Farragut Avenue Gate, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. The work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local regulations. This solicitation is unrestricted. This is a requirements type contract for a base year and two option years. The anticipated initial performance year is 20 August 1999 to and including 19 August 2000. Initial award will be for the base year only. This procurement is being solicited as a competitive negotiation under Source Selection Procedures. The evaluation factors are Quality and Price. The Quality elements include Past Performance, Experience, and Method of Operation and Management. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the Internet.
