Construction shall be wood framing and prefabricated wood trusses, on concrete spread footings, and slab-on-grade. Principal exterior finishes shall be wood siding and standing-seam metal roofing; principal interior finishes shall be painted gypsum board walls and ceilings, and carpet and vinyl tile floors. The major mechanical system is hydronic heating. Related site work will include excavation, fill, and grading gravel drives and parking areas, concrete sidewalks, site utilities, and a septic tank and leach field system. The Government estimate is between $250,000 -- $500,000. Period of performance is 180 days. Commencement date is anticipated to be o/a May 17, 1999. This solicitation is not restricted.
