This project is located in Minnehaha County, South Dakota. The standard industrial classification code for this project is 1771. This solicitation is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote which shall be considered by this Agency. Estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be issued on or about March 2, 1999. The due date for receipt of quotes will be on or about March 16, 1999.
