shall provide all labor, equipment, supervision and transportation for
the removal and disposal of the existing 478 Theater seats, in
Building 5219. The work includes but is not limited to patching the
floor to match existing after removal of old seating. Install new
seating based on the accepted proposal. Contractor shall develop
proposals using the floor plan shown on reference drawing P000933The
specification indicate minimum product requirements. Proposal for
seating should be based on the installation of 400 seats. An optional
proposal item for aisle lighting will be required in the proposal.
Evaluation Criteria: In addition, a minimum of 5% floor space shall be
allocated for wheelchairs, and an additional 3% seating shall have
extra spacing for others with disabilities. Spacing and seats for the
disabled should be equally distributed in the front, middle and back of
the theater, and any other incidental related work at USCG Air Station
Cape Cod. MA. Provide unit price for each additional seat over the
base proposal of 400 seats. Evaluation Criteria will be based on the
following criteria in the order of importance: Quality of seats,
Delivery Schedule, Contractors Past Performance, Installation schedule,
Cost and Proposed Theater seating layout(s) Completion Time is 90 days
from receipt of the Notice to Proceed. PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BONDS
REQUIRED. Estimated Cost of this project is between $100,000 to

Demonstration Program, and is unrestricted. The following NOTICE IS
PROVIDED AS INFORMATON FOR MINORITY, WOMEN-OWNED, AND DISADVANTAGED
BUSINESS ENTERPRISES: The Dept of Transportation (DOT) Office of Small
and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) has a program to assist
minority, women-owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to
acquired short-term capital and bonding assistance for
transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to any prime
subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables
firms to apply for bid, payment and performance bonds up to $1.0
million per contract. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond
amount to a surety against losses. Loans are available under the DOT
Short-term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide
accounts receivable financing. The max. line of credit is $500,000. For
