PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: Selected demolition and relocation consisting of, but not limited to, removal and reconstruction of existing partitions and finishes inside building 8-760. Removal of existing asphalt shingle roofing, and replacement with a new asphalt shingle roofing system. Replacement of certain window assemblies. Replacement of certain existing siding materials. Construction of an approximately 1800 square foot new wood frame addition housing a fellowship hall, kitchen, restrooms, storage, entry arrangement, and coordinated remodeling of existing facilities as noted in the contract documents. Specific remodeling of the Chancel area. Refurbishment of the Nave ("Chapel") interior complete with certain remodeling, restoration and refurbishing of the Narthex andadjacent rooms or areas. Magnitude is between $500,000.00 -- $1,000,000.00. Performance period is 150 calendar days. Solicitation will be available on or about 12 MAR 99 with a Closing Date of 13 APR 99. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. A limited supply of packages shall be issued on a first come first serve basis. Specifications and drawings will be available on CD ROM only. The drawings are on Autocad 12. There will be no cost for the package. Package will be sent upon written request.
