These units must have a hi-fi stereo recording capability, be capable of O-lux illimination recording, and should have built-in image stabilization, an optical zoom lens with a minimum of 13x magnification and a built in color LCD monitor with swivil action. The DEA also has a requirement for twenty-seven (27) VHS time lapse recorders. The units must have the capability of recording up to 480 hours. The recorded tapes must be playable through any standard VHS machine, automatic head cleaning is required. A sensor triggered recording system and internal and external timer recording modes are required. Quotes are to be received by 03/01/99.
