This project includes: report preparation and recommendations to modify Burial Sections V, W, X, and single depth burials; Report to include investigation of existing storm server through Burial Section W as the possible source of ground water; Renovations and additions to the administration Building; necessary brick walks and plantings; sealing of all cemetery roads. The A/E team should include the disciplines necessary to do this type of work. Applicants must have an established working office within 500 miles of Rock Island National Cemetery of sufficient size and experience to accomplish the project. Interested small business firms desiring consideration are encouraged to submit Standard Forms 254 and 255, as well as up to ten examples of past projects of this type, to the issuing office within thirty calendar days from date of appearanceof this announcement. Selection will be based on the following criteria: 1) Experience of the firm and individuals in this type and scale of work; 2) Location of the firm within the specified geographic area; and A/E must be a registered Landscape Architect, with Landscape Architect and Geo Tech Engineer Consultants. 3) Previous experience with proposed subconsultants in accomplishing this type of work. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 8711 applies to this acquisition. To be considered a small business, the individual's or concern's average annual gross receipts for the three preceding years may not exceed $2.5 million. This is not a request for a proposal.
