The Department of State (DTS-PO), Fairfax, Va, intends to procure through competitive bids, multiple full duplex, digital circuits capable of supporting 64 kbps through E-1 (2.048 mbps). These services have previously been synopsized under the following solicitation numbers: S-DTSPO-99-B-0026, 99-B-0027, 99-B-0028, 99-B-0029, 99-B-0030, 99-B-0031, 99-B-0032 and 99-B-0035. This acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. The services shall include a base quantity of one year with four one year options. Performance period under the subject contract is to be 60 months. The contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, and supplies required to provide the service, including Data Service Units (DSU's) at both CONUS and OCONUS locations. Contractors will be required to bid on all destinations in order to be determined to be responsive.
