It is a competitive procurement to place multiple awards of indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts, with a period of performance of up to twenty-five (25) years, for energy savings performance contracting services (ESPC). Correction: The 1/25/99 CBD Notice provided a DUE DATE of 3/10/99, which was in error, as it implied that proposals would be due that day. The planned issue date for this solicitation is now 3/17/99, and the planned closing date is 5/11/99. Issuance will be on the Golden Home Page Web Site. The resulting awards from the solicitation are still planned for NLT 9/30/99.
