Department of Housing and Urban Development is soliciting quotes for
Reviews of Local Area Market Studies submitted by owners of HUD insured
and/or subsidized apartment buildings for evaluating under the Mark to
Market Program for the HUD New York State Multifamily HUB. The NYS MF
HUB covers the five boroughs of New York City-Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn,
Manhattan and Staten Island; the upstate counties of Westchester,
Orange, Rockland, Putnam, Sullivan, Dutchess and Ulster; and the Long
Island counties of Nassau and Suffolk. The contractor shall be familiar
with Housing Notice 98-34. It is available through the internet at
www.hudclips.org or by calling 1-800-767-7468. This will be a
fixed-price indefinite quantity purchase order with a minimum of 30 and
a maximum of 250 for a period of one year. The Request for Quotes
package will be available March 1, 1999 at HUD's New York office
located at 26 Federal Plaza, room 35-120, NY. Only faxed or written
requests will be honored. The fax number is (212) 264-8521. Quotes will
be due on March 19, 1999 at 3p.m. local time in room 35-120, HUD
Contracting Division, 26 Federal Plaza, New York, NY 10278-0068. The
SIC is 6531 and the size standard is $1.5 million. All responsible
sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the
