The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN), intends to procure systems engineering support, systems integration support, fleet engineering support, software engineering support, integrated logistics support, configuration management, installation support, and project management support. The contractor will be required to perform these support tasks for the Common Data Link Management and Distribution Systems (CDLM&DS). The contract will be for a one (1) year base period and four (4) option periods of one (1) year each. It is estimated that 107,520 man-hours will be expended in the base year; 116,160 man-hours will be expended in option year 1; 127,200 man-hours will be expended in option year 2; 142,560 man-hours will be expended in option year 3; and 149,760 man-hours will be expended in option year 4. An indefinite delivery type of contract with cost plus fixed fee pricing is anticipated. The specific locations of performance of this contract will be specified in the contract delivery orders. Approximately 70 % of contractor performance will be on-site at the contractor's local facility and approximately 30% of contractor performance will be off-site. Places of performance will be the contractor's local facility, and the contractor will be required to travel within the territory of the United States and to overseas destinations as designated in individual task orders. The contractor's facility shall be located within 1/2 hour surface driving time of Space and Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) San Diego, CA. A SECRET CLEARANCE with COMSEC access is required.
