The Government intends to procure through Simplified Acquisition Method (commercial items). SIC Code 0782; small business size standard $5,000,000.00. Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to provide herbicide, aquatic herbicide and insecticide applications at the Tioga-Hammond/Cowanesque Lakes Projects. The purposes of these pesticide applications are to eliminate all undesirable vegetation from within the designated herbicide areas or to eliminate problem insects from the vegetation sprayed with insecticide. Contract period is 1 April 1999 through 31 March 2000 with four option years. The total estimated amount is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00.
