ASSIGNABLE OPTION TO PURCHASE FOR THE PRICE OF $175,000.00 EXPIRATION
08/30/99. Lessor is responsible for submitting within thirty (30) days
of award, design documents for USPS approval. It will be the
successful offeror's responsibility to provide any and all
improvements, whether on-site or off-site to meet DOT, county, and/or
EPA requirements, including, but not limited to,
acceleration/deceleration lanes, storm water, or other drainage and/or
landscaping requirements. The USPS does not guarantee marketable title
or site conditions. A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment has been
completed. A copy of the Executive Summary is attached as part of the
solicitation package. Note: General Decision Number MS980005 (02/13/98,
LeFlore County), is made a WRITTEN REQUESTS, ALONG WITH THE $40.00 PER
PACKAGE NON-REFUNDABLE FEE, should be directed to Jennifer Merriss,
FCT, USPS, 4000 DeKalb Technology Parkway, Building 300, Suite 300,
Atlanta, GA 30340-2799. Checks/money orders should be made payable
to:"DISBURSING OFFICER -- USPS.". NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO
TELEPHONE REQUESTS FOR PLANS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Plans and specifications
will be available on or about 02/25/99. Requests for Planholder's Lists
must be furnished via WRITTEN request and may be faxed to the attention
of Jennifer Merriss at 770/454-0608. Planholder's Lists will be
furnished via fax transmittal to requestors each Friday during the life
of the solicitation, as well as the day before the close of the
solicitation. (Note: Please make only one request for the Planholder's
List -- Requestors will be maintained in a master distribution list
which will be distributed/updated on a weekly basis.) The USPS reserves
the right to award within 120 days after close of the solicitation.
Award notices will be sent to all offerors, local plans rooms and
posted in the Commerce Business Daily ONLY. Assistance on Real Estate

be considered in compliance with this solicitation. Any other carriers
