materials required to complete the delivery and installation of five
(5) 161-kV oil circuit breakers with Government-furnished SF6 circuit
breakers; and replace three (3) duplex switchboard sections with three
(3) new sections at Southwestern's Brown Switching Station, Bryan
County, Durant, Oklahoma. Perform modifications, add cables and
materials as required by the drawings. The completion date is February
15, 2000. The estimated magnitude of this proposed acquisition is
between $250,000 and $500,000. A presolicitation notice has been sent
to all prospective offeror's on Southwestern's mailing list. The
solicitation package will be furnished only upon written request.

copy of solicitation package with full size drawings or for a hard copy
of full size drawings only. A check, money order or Cashier's check,
made payable to"Southwestern Power Administration" must accompany the
request. Solicitation, excluding drawings, will be made available at
the internet address http://www.swpa.gov. This proposed acquisition
contains a Small Business Set-Aside provision. See Notes 1 and 26. No
telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted. All
responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by
