This project consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, transprotation, and performance of all work in accordance with the Statement of Work, industries standards, and good construction practices. Work will consist of demolition and total renovation of the kitchen to include all utility modifications to support kitchen upgrades. Building renovation to include Architectural upgrades consisting of new ceilings, and upgrades to interior finishes. Mechanical and Electrical upgrades to accommodate Architectural modifications and balancing of the existing and new Mechanical system. Hazardous materials abatement shall be required during this project. Utility upgrades consisting of new electrical service to the facility and a new lift station for the facility. Demolish all doors and door assemblies marked ADD#1 in the drawings, replacing them with like doors and assemblies. Demolish the existing concrete masonry entryway and cast in place concrete pad followed by construction of a new log structure including installation of overhead light fixtures, electric radiant floor heat system and electrical service. Performance period shall be 180 days after award date. Estimated magnitude of construction is $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. This project will be issued on an unrestricted basis. The estimated due date for Requests for Quotes is 4 April 1999.
