Z -- RELOCATE REGIONAL COUNSEL SOL 541-41-99 DUE 040599 POC Jeanelle Wright, Contract Specialist, (440) 838-6091 Contractor shall perform renovations for Project #541-354, entitled "Relocate Regional Counsel" at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 10000 Brecksville Road, Brecksville, Ohio 44141. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supplies necessary to accomplish the work indicated on the contract drawings and specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to general demolition, asbestos abatement, architectural, HVAC Systems, plumbing, fire protection and electrical work for the renovation and addition on the 5th floor of Building #1. Demolition consists of existing partitions, plumbing systems, electrical, mechanical and fire protection systems. Contractor shall install new partitions, roofing systems, steel frame addition and all new finishes for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems. The Contractor is encouraged to visit the project area and verify existing conditions at the scheduled site visit. (Site visit date and time will be included in the solicitation package) All work shall be completed within 180 calendar days after notice to proceed. Estimated cost of construction is between $500,000.00-$1,000,000.00. This project is set aside for 100% small business and The Standard Industry Classification (SIC) is 1542.
