Projects to "Revitalize Dining Hall, Bldg 776", and "Relocate Student Traffic Management Office" will be issued as one project because of phasing requirements. In project to "Revitalize Dining Hall, Bldg 776", work will consist of providing all necessary equipment and labor to provide sanitary cooking, serving, and eating areas that are easy to clean and maintain, to replace outdated food preparation equipment with new equipment designed for progressive cooking of meals, to reconfigure the facility to eliminate the transport of clean dishware, cookware, and utensils through the dining area. Kitchen area of the dining hall was formerly converted into use by the Student Management Office. Project to "Relocate Student Traffic Management Office" includes renovation of Building 551 to include constructing/remodeling existing rooms, walls, ceilings, floor coverings, wall finishes, doors, frames, hardware, mechanical systems, and electrical systems throughout. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance period for all work is 300 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed.
