This effort will be issued to Alliant Techsystems, Inc., Allegany Ballistics Laboratory, P.O. Box 10, Rocket Center, West Virginia 26726-4730 as a modification to an existing contract. Alliant is the sole source for design, development, manufacture, assembly, installation, and testing of the gas generators. Qualification are unique to Alliant for the proposed effort. See Note 22.
