Maintenance of automatic temperature controls, for this solicitation, does not include direct digital controls. The work includes manning of a trouble call desk, performing routine service calls, emergency service calls, preventive maintenance. The work identified is to be provided by means of a combination firm fixed Indefinite Quantity contract. This solicitation is for a period of one year. The Government may extend the term of the contract for a period of one to twelve months. The total duration including the exercise of any options shall not exceed 60 months.
