This requirement is for one-year service/maintenance for Targetry Equipment and includes all on-site monthly and quarterly maintenance operations, and all repair services as required by the Government's Statement of Work. This requirement is being solicited on a sole-source basis from Arcata Associates, 4620 Eaker Street, North Las Vegas, NV 89030-2705 in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other source can satisfy the Governments requirements. Arcata Associates is the only authorized dealer/distributor for Australian Defense Industries, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Maintenance services will be performed on-site and will commence immediately upon contract award. It is anticipated that a fixed price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). A formal RFQ will not be issued.
