The request for proposal is amended as follows: The saccharimeters shall come with a flow through jacketed polarimeter sample tube (made of stainless steel) with a pour in funnel and exit tubing (for continuous analysis) with a built in temperature sensor which automatically measures the sample temperature inside the cell and automatically normalize the degree of polarization of the tested sample to 20 degrees Centigrade. This tube shall have a 200 mm optical path length.
