Architect Engineering Industrial Hygienist to provide design and monitoring services of various projects for a one year period from date of award with three (3) renewal option years. The facility is a campus layout with nine patient buildings and sixteen administrative/support buildings. The company would be expected to act as a consultant to the Medical Center on an as needed basis for the purpose of developing complete construction drawings and specifications for projects varying in scope and complexity. Providing necessary Industrial Hygiene services as needed for asbestos and lead abatement projects. Typical projects would include ward renovations, clinic designs, and site improvements. Total amount of proposed contracts including option years shall not exceed $450,000.00. Individual task/delivery orders shall not exceed $75,000.00 each. Selection will be based on the following criteria: Recent specialized experience in hospital settings, previous work with government contracts, all staff, subcontractors, and consultants to be assigned to the project should be registered with the State of Minnesota.
